How are your prints designed?
All our prints are based on original watercolors and digital illustrations by our founders Crystal and Jorge Bouffier. Once a painting is finished, we refine and lay out the final print digitally.
What kind of paper do you use for printing?
We print on archival, acid-free, 192 gsm matte paper - the prints are thick, durable, and museum-quality. We have tested several printers and believe these provide the best value, color, and durability.
What kind of frames do you use?
Yes, we offer black and white frames for most sizes. Please see individual product pages for more information.
Are your products eco-friendly?
All our products are intended to be high quality, durable, and functional – we put a great deal of thought into each design and hope you will be able to keep and use our products for a long time. We are striving to use sustainable materials for both printing and packaging. Our packaging does not use plastic and all our shipping material is recyclable or biodegradable.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Paypal, Amazon payment, and GooglePay are also supported.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Once your order is placed, the order should be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification when your orders ships. Shipping times depend on your location and the type of shipping selected. Orders to Europe and Canada will take an additional 5-10 business days to arrive. All other international orders may take 10-20 business days to arrive after shipment.
Is my transaction secure?
All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments and Paypal, which are secure payment gateways. We do not keep any credit card information on record. Our website is protected by industry standard 256-bit encryption technology.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we are happy to ship internationally. We are pleased to offer free shipping worldwide on all art prints!
Do you accept returns?
We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt provided the item has not been used or damaged.
How do I return an item?
Please ship the item back to the return address listed on your package, and we will notify you when we receive the return. If the item is incorrect or was damaged during shipment, we will send you a return label for your package – please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have any concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will try our best to make things right.
